Apploi is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meals for patients and staff in a nursing center. You will assist the cook, prepare nourishments and desserts, and help with service and cleanup according to center procedures.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand English for business necessity.
• Basic understanding of sanitation, organization and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook as directed by the food service director.
• Prepare and label nourishments according to center procedures.
• Prepare and portion desserts, salads and other non-entrée foods into dishes; pour beverages.
• Follow production sheets and pre-preparation sheets or guidelines when appropriate.
