Apploi is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, serving, and cleanup for patients and staff in a nursing center and during events. You will assist the cook, prepare nourishments, and help portion desserts and salads according to established procedures.

Candidates should have good verbal and written communication, basic sanitation knowledge, and prior experience in food service and long-term care preferred. This role is day shift and on-site.

Qualifikationen

• Must have good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read and understand English for business necessity.
• Basic understanding of sanitation, organization and safety.

Aufgaben

• Assists cook as directed by the food service director.
• Prepares and labels nourishments according to center procedures.
• Prepares and portions desserts, salads and other non-entrée foods into dishes; pours beverages.
• Follows production sheets and pre-preparation sheets or guidelines when appropriate.
