Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in Independence, MO is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation and service for patients and staff in the nursing center and events.

The role involves following production sheets, labeling nourishments, portions for desserts and salads, and beverage service, under the supervision of the food service director.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of sanitation, organization and safety.
• Prior experience in food service preferred.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred.
