Job summary

PACS is seeking a Dietary Aide to support patient meals and厨房 operations within the United States. The role reports to the Cook and Dietary supervisor and emphasizes learning routines quickly, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, and working collaboratively with other departments.

The position requires a high school diploma and a food handlers' certificate, along with the ability to read and follow technical procedures and recipes. Teamwork and safety are essential across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or stated.
• Ability to read technical procedures and follow recipes.
• Ability to read and respond to questions from managers and employees.
• Must obtain and maintain a food handlers' certificate.

Responsibilities

• Learn food service routines quickly and set up meal trays.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Assist with serving meals and nourish/ snack prep.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature in dishwashing area.
• Observe dishwasher cycles and operate the dishwasher.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing dietary staff training.
