Job summary

Paycom is hiring a Dietary Aide to support dining services for residents. The role involves assisting with food preparation and serving, setting up meal trays, stocking snacks, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean kitchen and dishwashing area.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and hold a Texas Food Handler Certificate. Prior commercial kitchen experience is preferred, with the ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations.
• Prepare and serve beverages.
• Set up and pass trays for meal service.
• Stock snack cart.
• Buss tables and trays.
• Clean the kitchen work area and perform dishwashing.
• Follow proper handwashing guidelines.
