Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision of dietary manager and cook.
• Deliver meals and trays to designated rooms at scheduled times.
• Clear dining areas and remove trash and dishes.
• Maintain sanitation of food prep and dining areas in line with health regulations.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory as directed.
• Communicate with residents, visitors, staff, and supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and in-services as directed.
• Report concerns to appropriate department head and ensure safety.
