Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip and wash dishes; operate the dishwasher.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks; maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Record water temperature and chlorine concentration of dishwashing area.
• Collaborate with Cook and Dietary supervisor to meet needs.
• Maintain safe, sanitary kitchen conditions and assist as needed.
• Assist with orientation and training for dietary staff.
