Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in daily kitchen operations at our California facility. You will learn food service routines, set up meal trays, help with dishwashing, and support the cook and dietary supervisor as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read procedures and recipes, and to handle lifting up to 50 pounds. Starting pay is $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a food handlers’ certificate.
• Able to read and follow recipes and procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces and area.
• Assist with stocking groceries and waste removal.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
