Responsibilities

• Learn food service routines quickly and assist with meal trays.
• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip and wash dishes; operate dishwasher; maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Record chlorine concentration and water temperatures for dishwashing.
• Assist in orientation and training of dietary staff.
• Work cooperatively with other departments.
• Assist with stocking groceries and keeping the kitchen clean.
