Qualifications

• Must have Food Handlers Card - Washington.
• High School Diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Basic computer/keyboard skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dishware, flatware, pots and pans are clean and sanitized.
• Assist in assembly of patient food trays on tray line.
• Deliver and retrieve patient food carts to patient floors; deliver floor stock to patient floors.
• Stock small wares in cafeteria server.
• Check and record dish machine temperatures in HACCP log.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
