Job summary

EvergreenHealth in Washington state is seeking a dishwashing and catering helper to clean and stock dishware, operate cleaning equipment, and deliver patient tray carts to floors and departments.

You will follow infection control and sanitation principles, ensure availability of clean items, and support kitchen operations. A high school diploma, a Washington Food and Beverage Workers permit, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• A valid Washington state Food and Beverage Workers Permit.
• Current Washington State Driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operates the dishwashing machine, pre-rinse, cart sprayers and related equipment per procedures.
• Ensures continuous availability of clean dishware, utensils and carts.
• Follows infection control, safety sanitation and food handling guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
