Job summary

Cascade Terrace Post Acute in Portland, OR is seeking a dietary aide to support meal service and kitchen operations. You will set up trays, assist with meals, and help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen under the supervision of the cook and Dietary supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.

• Check and record dishwashing temperatures and chlorine levels.
• Keep kitchen clean by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Support training of dietary staff and cooperate with other departments.
