Responsibilities

• Check and record temperatures and chlorine concentration of dishwashing equipment.
• Operate the dishwasher and maintain clean work surfaces and refrigerators.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks; sweep, mop, and manage kitchen floors.
• Carry out trash disposal and stock groceries; assist during shifts.
