First Atlantic Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to support our food and nutrition program at The Inn at Atlantic Heights. You will work alongside Dietary Managers and Cooks to ensure residents receive nutritious meals in a clean, safe environment.

This entry‑level role offers full/part‑time options with flexible shifts to fit around school or other commitments, plus opportunities to grow into Cooking or Management tracks within our healthcare family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No prior experience necessary— we are happy to train you!

Responsibilities

• Meal prep: Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages following facility procedures.
• Service: Serve residents while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Organization: Set up/take down dining areas and assist with kitchen maintenance.
• Inventory: Help track kitchen supplies and food items.
• Compliance: Stay current on facility protocols and state regulations.

Seal Rock Health Care is a 105 bed long term and skilled facility. Under the ownership of First Atlantic Healthcare, The Inn at Atlantic Heights and Seal Rock Health Care follows in First Atlantic’s long standing reputations for excellence.
