Job summary

The Inn at Atlantic Heights, part of First Atlantic Healthcare, is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our food and nutrition team. You will work with our Dietary Managers and Cooks to ensure residents receive nutritious meals in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

No experience required—we provide training and support. Openings for full-time and part-time roles with flexible day and evening shifts, plus competitive hourly pay and great benefits.

• No prior experience is required—we are happy to train you!

• Meal prep: prepare meals, snacks, and beverages following facility procedures.
• Service: serve residents while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Organization: set up/take down dining areas and assist with kitchen maintenance.
• Inventory: help track kitchen supplies and food items.
• Compliance: stay current on facility protocols and state regulations.

The Inn at Atlantic Heights offers a choice of 64 Assisted-Living Apartments featuring companion suites, studios, one and two bedrooms, all with the comforts of home. Seal Rock Health Care is a 105 bed long term and skilled facility. Under the ownership of First Atlantic Healthcare, The Inn at Atlantic Heights and Seal Rock Health Care follows in First Atlantic’s long standing reputations for excellence.

Hourly Rate $15.00 - $18.00
