SeasideSkilled Rehabilitation Center in Portland, ME, part of First Atlantic Health Care, seeks a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our dining team. You will help prepare and serve nutritious meals in a clean, welcoming environment under the supervision of our dietary managers.

No prior experience is required—we offer comprehensive on‑the‑job training. Flexible day and evening shifts are available; starting wage is $15.00 per hour with opportunities for increases as you gain experience.

• Role Overview: As a vital health professional working in food service, you will work alongside our Dietary Managers and Cooks to prepare, serve, and maintain a welcoming dining experience for our residents.

Your Responsibilities & Duties

• Meal Prep: Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages following facility procedures.

• Service: Serve residents while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.

• Organization: Set up and take down dining areas and assist with general kitchen maintenance.

• Inventory: Help track kitchen supplies and food items.

• Compliance: Stay current on facility protocols and state regulations.
