Responsibilities

• Strip returned trays and wash dishes.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwasher.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen and maintain clean surfaces.
• Carry out trash and maintain a sanitary kitchen.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing dietary staff training.
• Cooperate with personnel across departments.
