Qualifikationen

• Some knowledge of food preparation and of sanitation requirements.

Aufgaben

• Follow sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Display food attractively.
• Ensure client diet restrictions are followed and substitutions are available.
• Label and place food on correct carts; ensure proper portion sizes.
• Present diet cards and menus when serving meals.
• Maintain dietary records and logs.
• Practice safety measures such as hand washing and use of lifting belt.
• Perform assigned cleaning tasks and attend required trainings.
• Act as mandated reporter for incidents of abuse/neglect per policy.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the listed tasks.
