Job summary

Archway Management is seeking a Dietary Aide in Illinois to perform routine dietary tasks and assist in meal preparation and service. You will follow infection control policies, maintain sanitation, and help ensure residents receive meals on schedule.

Candidates should be a High School graduate with preferred institutional dietary experience and be able to read diet orders and follow recipes while adapting to busy shifts and patient needs.

Qualifications

• High School graduate; institutional dietary service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards and work assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Attention to sanitation, proper measuring of cleaning agents and safe operation of dietary equipment.
• Able to work flexible hours, including emergencies, and communicate with residents and staff.
