Hope is seeking a Dietary Aide for a new full-time opening in Melrose Park, IL. The role supports the cook in meal prep, assists with staff meals, and helps prepare meals for special events under the Head Cook's direction.

Responsibilities include following sanitation guidelines, presenting food attractively, ensuring diets and substitutions are followed, labeling, portion control, maintaining dietary records, and attending required trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

• Follows sanitation guidelines and maintains cleanliness in all work areas.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation requirements.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in meal preparation and services.
