• Current food safety handler's certification preferred and will be required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform dietary functions including food preparation and service, dishwashing, cleaning, sanitizing, and food/supply storage.
• Obtain food and supplies from storage areas.
• Prepare food and drinks per daily menu and physician prescriptions.
• Maintain clean and organized storage area.
• Date, label, and store prepared foods.
