Job summary

Luxor Healthcare in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our Dietary Team. You will help keep the kitchen and dining room running smoothly and make an impact on patient care every day.

The role includes preparing dining rooms and tables for meals, delivering meals to resident rooms, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, following tray cards and therapeutic menus, and assisting the Cook and Dietary Manager. Food service experience is preferred; daily pay is available.

Qualifications

• Friendly with strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Able to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining rooms and tables for meal service.
• Deliver meals to resident rooms and dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas.
• Follow tray cards, color coding, and therapeutic menus.
• Assist the Cook and Dietary Manager as directed.
