Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our Dietary Team and support patient care through dining services. You will help prepare dining areas, deliver meals, and maintain sanitation to ensure a safe, comfortable dining experience for residents.

Ideal candidates are friendly, with strong communication, able to follow directions and lift up to 50 lbs. Food service experience is preferred; sanitation knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Capable of standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Food service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining rooms and tables for meal service.
• Deliver meals to resident rooms and dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas.
• Follow tray cards, color coding, and therapeutic menus.
• Assist the Cook and Dietary Manager as directed.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory.
• Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Attend required in-services and training.
