Job summary

Responsibilities

• Learn food service routines quickly and perform assigned duties.
• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwashing machine.
• Keep kitchen and work surfaces clean and sanitary; rotate groceries safely.
