Lake Region Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Aide at Elbow Lake Medical Center in Elbow Lake, MN for a casual schedule (64 hours biweekly, day shifts). The role involves preparing and distributing meals for patients and staff, delivering trays, and assisting with cafe service on the grill and fryer.

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
• Ability to interact with patients, physicians, employees, and guests.

Job Details: Job Location: Elbow Lake Medical Center - ELBOW LAKE, MN, Position Type: Casual (Less than 32 hrs every 2 weeks), Salary Range: $17.32 - $22.17Hourly, Job Category: Food Service, The Dietary Aide is responsible for complete preparation and distribution of patient and employee meals. Duties include, but are not limited to, delivering patient trays,assisting Cook with preparing meals mainly on grill and fryer for cafe service, performing cash register transactions, and assisting with grocery deliveries. Staff must have complete knowledge in all areas of the kitchen and be prepared to perform all duties as requested by the Dietary Site Manager.

Compensation

Hourly Wage Range:$16.82-$21.53/hour Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
