Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn, VA is seeking part-time Servers / Food Runners to deliver meals to residents and guests with friendly, attentive service. You will input orders into the POS, coordinate with kitchen and dining teams, and help maintain a warm dining experience.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with typical shifts 4:15 pm–8:00 pm. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision for eligible colleagues, a 401(k) with company match, and on-site

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience preferred; training provided.
• Friendly and energetic communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Weekend and holidays availability required.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and guests meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Input beverage and food orders into the POS system.
• Deliver and serve food to tables and residents.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with bussing and clearing dishes to maintain service flow.
