Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks including cooking, service, and cleanup for meals served to patients and staff.
• Keeps safe food handling techniques to ensure safety.
• Maintains standards for food preparation and quality; uses substitutes when required.
• Follows standardized recipes and production sheets.
• Assists cook as directed by the food service director.
• Prepares nourishments and portions desserts, salads and other foods; pours beverages.
• Follows guidelines for pre-preparation and production sheets.
