Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with food preparation in accordance with established guidelines.
• Assists cook in preparing meals, desserts and snacks for patients/residents.
• Uses proper food handling processes, procedures and policies.
• Delivers trays to patients/residents on halls.
• Delivers and serves meals to patients/residents in dining area.
• Prepares-between meal nourishments and serves in accordance with guidelines.
• Offers menu substitutions and records them in accordance with guidelines.
• Follows procedures for serving partner meals.
• Communicates well with patients/residents/clients and family, with a warm greeting and professional responses.
