Responsibilities

• Serve meals in dining area and provide beverages.
• Prepare between-meal nourishments and record substitutions.
• Follow procedures for serving partner meals and use proper serving equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas and sanitize equipment.
• Monitor temperatures and document as required.
• Comply with infection control policies and safety regulations.
