Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service: assemble trays and deliver meal carts.
• Maintain cleanliness: dispose of refuse per policies.
• Manage supplies: deliver and rotate food and floor items (FIFO).
• Prepare foods: follow recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Serve meals: portion and serve as directed by recipes and instructions.
• Sanitize equipment: wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment.
