The Fountains at Mill Cove in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide for Nursing Home to support resident nutrition and care in our nursing home setting. You will help ensure residents receive balanced meals and attentive service as part of our dietary team.

You will assist with food preparation, serving, and sanitation, while maintaining accurate records of diets and preferences. Collaboration with the dietary team and adherence to safety guidelines are essential to success

Formación

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with food preparation, serving, and sanitation in accordance with dietary standards.
• Monitor and maintain records of resident diets, food intake, and special requests.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare meals, including bulk tray preparation, serving, and presenting food.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Interact with residents, families, and staff in a respectful manner.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience.
