Premier Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide for Nursing Home to join our team at Fountains at Mill Cove in Jacksonville, Florida. You will help with meal prep, serving, and sanitation to meet residents' nutritional needs.

You will monitor resident diets, assist with menu planning, and maintain a clean, compliant kitchen environment while collaborating with the dietary team. Prior experience is preferred; lifting up to 50 pounds and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, serving, and sanitation in accordance with dietary standards and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident diets, food intake, and special requests.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare meals, including bulk tray preparation, serving, and presenting food.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Interact with residents, families, and staff in a respectful and courteous manner.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience.
