Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, serving, and sanitation in accordance with dietary standards and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident diets, food intake, and special requests.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare meals, including Bulk Tray Preparation, serving, and presenting food.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Interact with residents, families, and staff in a respectful and courteous manner.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience.
