Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays.
• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Assist with serving the meals.
• Check and record dishwasher chemical levels and water temperatures.
• Operate dishwasher.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and maintain floors.
• Carry out trash and keep areas clean.
• Help with orientation and training of dietary staff.
