Responsibilities

• Perform dishwashing and maintain clean kitchen workspace.
• Organize trays and ensure correct meal items are prepared.
• Prepare side dishes for meals and assist with food preparation tasks.
• Ensure tray items are accurately labeled and dated.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen and prep areas.
• Assist with other assigned tasks as needed.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Dishwashing
• Organizing trays
• Making side dishes for meals
• Ensuring tray items are accurate
• Cleaning/Deep Cleaning of your area and the Kitchen
• Label, dating and storing of foods and supplies
• other assigned tasks
