Our 128-bed facility offers short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, respite care, and comfort care services. We serve Wyoming residents by accepting Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.

Position Overview: We seek a responsible dietary aide to assist with meal preparation, serve food according to residents' dietary needs, maintain a clean kitchen, and ensure food safety, following facility and dietary manager guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing meals by chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and following recipes.
2. Review residents' dietary plans for allergies, diabetes, or pureed diets.
3. Set up meal trays with appropriate food items and portions.
4. Deliver meals to residents promptly.
5. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and dining areas.
6. Assist with stocking food supplies and maintaining inventory.
7. Report dietary concerns or changes in resident appetite to the dietary manager or nursing staff.

Qualifications:

1. Basic knowledge of nutrition and dietary guidelines.
2. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to standards.
3. Attention to detail and ability to measure food portions accurately.
4. Good communication skills with residents and healthcare team.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry food trays and equipment.
