What You'll Do

The Dietary Aide/Server at Altenheim ensures residents receive nutritious and appealing meals tailored to their dietary needs. Responsibilities include serving food, assisting in meal prep, and maintaining a clean dining environment. You will collaborate with kitchen and dietary staff to ensure meals meet dietary guidelines and resident preferences. Effective communication with residents about their dietary needs is essential to enhance their dining experience and overall well-being.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation and serve residents courteously and timely.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and properly set up for meals.
• Communicate with residents regarding their dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Support kitchen staff with food prep and inventory management.
