Our most important goal is to provide the highest standard of care to our residents in an environment that is safe and secure. As a Dietary Team member, you will be responsible for improving our residents' experience and maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment. Your focus will be the basic quality of life for our residents, so duties such as taking dining orders, food preparation, and following dietary procedures will be key in the individualized care.

Dietary Aide's day-to-day will include:

• Ensuring all dining services/dietary procedures are followed according to established policies
• Checking diet trays before distribution. Delivering food carts, trays, etc., to designated areas. Serving food in dining rooms as instructed
• Preparing food in accordance with sanitary regulations and our establishment's policies and procedures
• Assisting in inventory and storing incoming food and supplies as necessary
• Following dietary safety regulations and precautions at all times
• Greeting and assisting all internal and external customers, guests, family members, residents, vendors, and team members

What we are looking for:

• We are seeking both full-time and part-time Dietary Aides

• Strong interpersonal skills, especially in delivering sensitive information
• Attention to detail and alertness
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Leadership and supervisory abilities, with a willingness to work harmoniously with others
• Ability to make independent decisions regarding job duties
• Tactful communication with personnel, residents, families, visitors, vendors, and the public
• Knowledge of dietary and meal prep practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care

Schedule needs:

• 8 or 12-hour shifts
• Full-time day/evening shifts and part-time day/evening shifts available
• Rotating holiday schedule
• Availability on weekends and every other weekend
