Job summary

Lorien Mays Chapel in Timonium, MD is seeking Dietary Aides to help keep our skilled nursing facility running smoothly and our residents well-fed. You’ll assist in preparing, serving, and cleaning up meals, deliver excellent customer service, and collaborate with dietary staff to meet residents’ dietary needs, while following safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, a plus.
• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Full-Time availability with weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, serving, and cleaning up meals according to established standards and guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and team members.
• Ensure the kitchen and dining areas remain clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
• Collaborate with dietary staff to provide nutritious, appealing meals that meet residents’ dietary needs.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and infection control regulations.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

What You’ll Do

Schedule & Availability

• Full-Time Hour
• 630 AM - 230 PM and 1200 PM -800 PM
• Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
