Job summary

Lexington Country Place, part of the Phoenix Senior Living family, is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our dining team. This full-time role includes weekend work and supports food preparation, plating, and dining service for residents and guests in accordance with our standards.

Responsibilities include following all policies on food handling, maintaining hygiene standards, and complying with dietary needs using approved recipes. Prior experience in dining or senior living is preferred.

Lexington Country Place is seeking Dietary Aides to join their team! Full-Time; some weekends required.

Purpose

The Dietary Aide is responsible for food preparation, plating dishes, dining and table services to residents and guests in the community's dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

• Follow all local, state and federal policies regarding food handling


• Maintains standards of cleanliness, hygiene and health standards


• Prepares all special dietary needs as directed


• Adheres to posted menus and prepares food items using approved Phoenix standardized recipes in a timely manner

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required


• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
