Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a Dietary Aide to join The Lodge at Jasper. You will assist with food preparation, plating, and delivering dining services to residents and guests, ensuring meals meet standardized recipes and safety procedures.

The role requires adherence to infection control, ability to work weekends and flexible hours, and strong communication and multitasking skills in a senior living setting. Education: HS Diploma/GED; prior dining hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate foods for residents and guests according to Phoenix standards.
• Provide dining and table services in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas.
• Handle all foods following sanitary procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Follow posted menus and use Phoenix standardized recipes in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and health standards throughout food service.

The Lodge at Jasper is seeking Dietary Aides to join their team!

Shifts Details

Dietary Aide

Mon-Fri ; every other weekend required

Purpose

The Dietary Aide is responsible for food preparation, plating dishes, dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

• Follow all local, state and federal policies regarding food handling
• Maintains standards of cleanliness, hygiene and health standards
• Prepares all special dietary needs as directed
• Adheres to posted menus and prepares food items using approved Phoenix standardized recipes in a timely manner

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
