Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. The role includes taking orders, seating and assisting residents, delivering meals, and clearing dishes promptly.

You may help with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation as needed. Must have sanitation certification or ability to obtain within 30 days, plus restaurant serving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Experience serving in a restaurant or dining setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders and seat residents as needed.
• Deliver meals and remove dinnerware in a timely manner.
• Assist with seating, general cleaning, dishes, and some food prep.
• Support residents and guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Work with a positive attitude and strong teamwork.

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide

to beresponsible forcreating an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

What we're looking for:

• Sanitation Certified or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN (as needed) hours.

Available shifts: days, evenings, nights, or rotating.

Pay range: if requested or required (CO & IL).
