Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Anderson, IN is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take food and drink orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and clear tables promptly. The role may involve light cleaning, dishwashing, and basic food prep as needed.

Flexible shifts available days or evenings, with weekend and holiday rotation. Sanitation certification preferred or obtainable within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents' needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and good team player.
• Willingness to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to beresponsible forcreating an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

What we're looking for:

• Sanitation Certified or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
