Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Findlay is hiring a Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and clear tables promptly. Additional tasks include cleaning, dishwashing, and light food prep as needed.

Sanitation certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days is required. Weekend and holiday rotation is expected; full-time or part-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certification or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• Experience serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from residents and guests.
• Seat and assist residents as needed.
• Deliver meals and remove dinnerware in a timely manner.
• Assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

What we're looking for:
