Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take food and drink orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and remove dinnerware promptly.

Shifts include days, evenings, nights, or rotating, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN hours. Sanitation certification or ability to obtain within 30 days is required, and weekend/holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience with serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders, seat and assist residents when needed.
• Deliver meals and remove dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.
• May assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.
