Base pay range

$13.00/hr - $14.50/hr

Cottage Grove Place is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Dietary Aide to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands-on serving functions within the community.

This position works from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and is considered Part-Time.

Responsibilities include:

1. Serving dinner to residents in the Commons East main dining room.
2. Busing and washing dishes related to the evening meal service.
3. Completing assigned job tasks following sanitation standards and OBRA guidelines.
4. Participating in training sessions and ensuring timely procurement of menu supplies.
5. Understanding and adhering to dietary restrictions per physician’s orders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school sophomore completion required.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.

Salary Range:

$13.00 - $14.50 per hour
