Position Overview

As a Dietary Aide, you will support our residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meal preparation, service, and station cleanliness. You will work closely with the dietary team to ensure a high standard of care and compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

1. Assist the dietary manager with daily tasks to meet residents' dietary needs.
2. Prepare meals under supervision.
3. Deliver food to units at scheduled times.
4. Manage leftovers and waste responsibly.
5. Maintain cleanliness of food stations and wash dishes.
6. Monitor inventory levels and stock ingredients.
7. Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
8. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
9. Positive, energetic, and creative attitude.
10. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
11. Experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation facility preferred.
