Job summary

Rosewood Gardens Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Pennsylvania is seeking a Full Time Dietary Aide to support meal service, assist on the tray line, and help maintain a sanitary kitchen.

Responsibilities include food prep, proper labeling of foods, cleaning equipment and work areas, dishwashing, and following Dietary Management procedures. Must be 18+ and dietary/kitchen experience is preferred but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Dietary/Kitchen experience preferred but will train.
• Must be 18 years old or older!

• Cleans and maintains assigned equipment and work areas, including walls and ceilings, ensuring sanitary conditions.
• Performs routine housekeeping tasks such as dishwashing, garbage disposal and sweeping or mopping.
• Follows procedures outlined in Dietary Management Systems pertaining to the handling of all foods.
• Performs all tasks and duties in an essential and safe way.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary.
• Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and facility needs.
