Job summary

Oak Park Place is hiring a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents, following dietary requirements and safety standards. You will work with Dietitians and Nurses to monitor intake and assist with sanitation, while delivering meals and supporting dining operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean dining areas, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper food handling. A positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred.
• Previous experience in a dietary position is preferred.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Serving residents' meals according to instructions.
• Using proper food handling techniques in plating and serving meals.
• Cleaning and sanitizing the dining area.
• Stocking the food storage areas and refrigerators.
