Job summary

Oak Park Place is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with meal service and dining operations for residents. You will follow dietary requirements, help with setting up dining areas, and deliver meals while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include serving meals, proper food handling, cleaning dining areas, stocking storage, and washing dishes. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential, with preference for prior eldercare and dietary experience.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience working with the elderly preferred
• Previous experience in a dietary position preferred
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member

The Dietary Aide responsibilities included preparing and serving meals, ensuring to follow specific dietary requirements and safety standards, setting up dining areas, delivering meals to residents, and assisting with cleaning and sanitation. Dietary Aides also collaborate with Dietitians and Nurses, to help monitor patient intake, and manage inventory.
